We’re everdrop – a fast-growing D2C brand on a mission to change the world of household and personal care. We’re looking for a performance-driven and analytical Paid Social & Analytics Manager (m/f/d) to manage our META ad accounts and support our international growth.
As our Paid Social & Analytics Manager (m/f/d), your main tasks will be:
Manage our META Accounts: Handle the setup, structuring, targeting and optimization of our META ad accounts across multiple countries.
Plan & execute Growth Campaigns: Implement and monitor campaigns that deliver growth and are aimed at acquiring new customers in DACH, France, Italy, and more.
Analyze & Test: Conduct funnel analyses, A/B tests and creative learnings using tools like Tableau, META Business Manager, Motion and spreadsheets.
Strategy: Define bundles and collaborate on testing strategies and platform setups for product launches, ensuring they align with our broader business goals.
Report & Optimize: Coordinate performance across markets, lead the paid social OKRs, prepare reports and provide data-based recommendations to the Management.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
2+ years of hands-on META performance marketing experience for D2C companies or within a fast-paced agency environment on a relevant scale.
Analytical Skills: You are comfortable working with data and tools like Excel/Sheets (pivot tables) and have had exposure to Tableau or GA4.
Platform Knowledge: You stay up to date on META best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats.
Performance Mindset: You understand the core metrics of growth, specifically how to balance CAC, conversion rates, and revenue.
Bonus: Experience running ads on TikTok or Pinterest.
Communication: Fluent in English (German, French, or Italian is a significant plus).
