Influencer Marketing Intern - Italy (m/f/d)

THIS IS THE INTERNSHIP

+++ Start date: 01/08/2025 (no later than 01/09/2025) & minimum duration: 5–6 months +++

As an Influencer Marketing Intern Italy (m/f/d), your main tasks will be:

• Planning and independently implementing influencer collaborations on the Italian Market.

• Supporting day-to-day operations related to online collaborations and trade marketing.

• Researching potential influencers, managing communication and relationships with our influencers and brand partners (responding to collaboration inquiries, writing texts and mailings).

• Contributing to the development of creative and authentic concepts for influencer marketing campaigns.

• Having a strong sense for trends and constantly looking for exciting personalities and topics to expand our partnerships.

If you are passionate about sustainability and highly motivated to help create a better, cleaner world, then we already like you a lot.
If you also have a very proactive and hands-on approach to work, enjoy collaborating with other people and have an all-around positive mindset towards challenges, then we kind of have a crush on you. If you additionally have the following skills and experience, then we really think this could be the beginning of a great love story:

• You’re enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Media & Communication, Business Administration, or a similar field.

• You’re looking for a mandatory internship, ideally for at least 5 months.

• Bonus points for previous internships or work experience in marketing.

• You have strong empathy and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• You’re highly organized and keep a cool head even during stressful periods.

• You have a strong and up-to-date sense for trends.

• You speak and write Italian fluently (C2 level) and have good English skills (B2 level).

Please note: To be eligible for an internship with us, your primary residence should be in Germany — OR you should be enrolled at a European university and open to relocating to Munich for the duration of the internship, including registering your residence here.
