THIS IS THE INTERNSHIP

Location: Germany (remote possible)

Are you a TikTok native who loves being in front of the camera as much as behind the scenes? We are looking for a creative, hands-on, and energetic Intern to support our Polish market expansion. You will be a core part of our content engine, creating authentic UGC and managing your own creator relationships from day one.

Your tasks:

  • End-to-End UGC Management: You take full ownership of our external UGC pipeline. This includes sourcing the right creators, negotiating deals, sending out briefings, and ensuring every video meets our quality and performance standards.

  • Seeding & Micro-Influencer Scaling: You will identify and reach out to promising nano- and micro-influencers to build a massive network of organic, unpaid collaborations, scaling our brand visibility across Poland.

  • Internal UGC Creation: You are the face of our brand! You’ll produce high-energy, authentic User Generated Content (UGC) for our Instagram ads, tailoring every hook and transition to the Polish audience.

  • Briefing & Creative Direction: You translate brand goals into actionable creative briefings, guiding creators to produce content that doesn't just look good but actually converts.

  • Performance Analysis: You track the success of your creators and your own videos. You’ll analyze which hooks work best and use those insights to double down on winning content.

If you are passionately committed to sustainability and highly motivated to make the world a little cleaner with us, then we think you are really great!   • You are currently enrolled in a university (bachelor or master) in the are of marketing, media and communication, business administration or similar.

  • You are looking for a mandatory internship (ideally min. 5 months).

  • Language Skills: You are a Native Polish speaker with a deep understanding of local trends and slang. You are also fluent in English (business level).

  • Camera Confidence: You love being in front of the camera, have a charismatic personality, and know how to create engaging short-form video content.

  • Organizational Talent: You can juggle multiple creators and deadlines at once without losing track of the details.

  • Growth Mindset: You are eager to learn the business side of marketing - from negotiation tactics to data-driven performance optimization.

  • Reliability & Ownership: You don't wait for instructions. You see a trend, you pitch an idea, and you make it happen.

  • Social Media Savvy: You live and breathe Social Media (Instagram, TikTok, CapCut) and have a keen eye for what makes a video go viral.
